How do I return an item?


  • We understand that sometimes there may be problems with hand weaven hammocks.  ALL items sold have a 3 months of MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. All Defective Items will be exchanged or repaired by the manufacturer.
  • Buyers are responsible for the return postage and shipping charges to send the item back. All returned products found to be non-defective after the inspection are subject to a return shipping and handling charge which will be paid for by the buyer.
  • In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, we may substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
  • In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
  • Returns for refund are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date.
  • Refund or cancelling orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please understand that this fee covers my original listing fee, shipping fee, depreciation of the item and the time to process the return.
  • Returned merchandise should be well packed. 
  • Shipping Charges that you paid are not refundable
